Nubian Life provides direct services to Hammersmith and Fulham's Social Services and Primary Care Trust.

Working successfully in partnership with a range of statutory, independent and voluntary agencies has enabled us to deliver a range of services that are supported by skilled staff and management structures.

Nubian Life provides daily services to 65 elders with a range of health and social needs.

Since 1999, Nubian Life’s waiting list has steadily increased, currently it stands at 67 clients.
